New World Record Set for Radial Tire Drag-and-Drive Cars During 2025 Sick Week

Sick Week 2025 Presented By Gear Vendors Overdrive opened Monday, January 27, through Saturday, February 1, and has already witnessed a record-breaking run.

Brett LaSala secured a new world record for a radial tire drag-and-drive car with a stunning time of 6.210 at 231.56 MPH, eclipsing his own record of 6.263 from last year's Sick Week.

The drag-and-drive event backed by Sick the Magazine was named the Best Motorsports Race in the United States by USA Today in 2024.
